Simply break 1-2 tabs off our shower steamer and leave on the floor of the shower. The steamier your shower the more effective this product is. They work by releasing the essential oils and menthol into the steam so you breathe in the aroma and let the essential oils do their magic.
Our Breathe Easy Steamer is a fabulous blend of Peppermint & Eucalyptus essential oils with menthol crystals for extra oomph. The perfect shower steamer to help clear your sinuses, revive and destress too. A fabulous steamer for those with a cold or feeling bunged up. These essential oils have also been said to help with headaches.

Remove two petals and place in bottom of shower, away from plug hole. As the water hits them they will release essential oils into the steam.
