Simply break 1-2 tabs off our shower steamer and leave on the floor of the shower. The steamier your shower the more effective this product is. They work by releasing the essential oils and menthol into the steam so you breathe in the aroma and let the essential oils do their magic.


Our Lullaby Lavender Steamer is a beautiful relaxing blend of Lavender Essential oils, Vanilla bean and menthol crystals. A fantastic shower steamer to use before bed or to help promote a feeling of calm and one to sneak into the shower when the kids have been driving you crazy or you have had a bad day at work and you want to bring back that bit of peace.

Remove two petals and place in bottom of shower, away from plug hole. As the water hits them they will release essential oils into the steam.
